I purchased my home six years ago, and everything in it had been redone except for the plumbing. I have no crawl space and only a sliver of an attic so I'm pretty certain the investor who flipped it avoided doing the plumbing because it was such a complex job.

Since my purchase I've spent years putting a bandaid on things whenever an issue would arise. I had no water pressure, had experienced several leaks including a recent one apparently in the slab and even discovered that hot water has been dumping into my toilet tank all of these years. I finally had enough, and called Superior.

Spencer and his crew are so far above and beyond the industry standard of what you typically experience in the construction industry these days where oftentimes people show up late if they even show up at all, and you never know the quality of work you'll get. These are truly the guys who's number you'll want to keep handy for whenever you have an issue, they will assess the situation, come up with a game plan, work tirelessly to make sure the job is done right, and do things at a fair and reasonable price.

My whole house was replumbed and the crew who showed up was extremely hard working, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They answered my questions, addressed my concerns and left my home clean which was challenging considering the weather we were having. I am thrilled beyond belief to finally have my plumbing functioning properly and will recommend them whenever someone has a need.

Superior plumbing is a great company to address any of your plumbing needs. It's a small business that has been growing due to their excellent quality of work, as well as their professional demeanor when tasked with any situation.
I've even heard of horror stories where work was referred to this company, because other plumbing companies couldn't pass inspections costing the owner and contractor thousands. Superior came in gutted everything that wasn't to code from the previous plumbing companies sometimes multiple and passed inspection where others couldn't. The company is ran and operated by a master plumber who works alongside his employees almost everyday and is only a phone call away to assist.

Their training program consists of getting put into the thick of the trade with a skilled plumber with years of experience shadowing in a hands on approach. The company is a great place to work and the experience gained compared to other plumbing companies is so well rounded many of it's employees moved up to running their own trucks. This is not the type of plumbing company where the old lazy plumber barks orders at the helper in a sink or swim scenario and your house is their practice. Every plumber is a teacher, every helper is a future plumber.

Superior Plumbing & Pipe Lining restored my cast iron pipes. Cody came out to my house and offered their services within a week. Every one of their employees are very good at their jobs, and the nicest people I have ever had to work with. Dakota came out 1st. The crew who worked on the pipes was Larry and Cash.

Travis and Blaze finished up. They were all so considerate of my home and kindly cleaned up everything. I am so happy to have my water available again in my kitchen and laundryroom. I've had to do without them for 7 months, but now I have my home back! YAY!!

Our cast-iron pipes in our 60-year-old house began to cause us serious plumbing issues a few weeks ago. We called Roto Rooter, who came out and said they could line our old pipes, but first we needed a procedure to clear out the lines so they could do the work. The procedure was 2,500 dollars. Once they finished the procedure, and charged us, RR determined our pipes were in too bad a condition and they couldn't line them, and that they'd have to completely tear up our floors in our house and install brand new pipes in the whole house. With the initial fees RR charged us for unclogging our drains, the total came up to over 3,000 dollars for the work they'd done so far, and nothing had been solved. My wife and I were devastated, as we are both older and not wealthy. We prepared for the worst and began planning to move somewhere while our house was being torn up.

My wife had seen a yard sign for Superior Plumbing at a house in our neighborhood, so I gave Superior a call and explained our issues to them. One of the company owners assured me that Superior would very likely be able to help us with alternatives other than tearing our house up for new pipes. The very next morning, Cody from Superior Plumbing came to our house, ran the camera through our old iron pipes, and then gave us the GREAT NEWS that Superior could indeed line our pipes and there was no need to tear up our house. My wife and I were so relieved, and our depression immediately lifted! Cody sent us a proposal for the price of the work, and it was very reasonable. We agreed to let Superior do the work. Within a couple days, the Superior crew showed up at our house and began the work. It was a big job. It only took three days to complete the lining of our pipes. The crew was very respectful of our home. The crew foreman was Eric, and he was so easy to work with, explaining each step of the process to me and informing me of issues that came up as the work progressed. As things turned out, each issue had a solution that Superior could solve, and they never added any additional charges to the initial estimate, although the job required them to do more work than initially planned. How often does that happen these days? I give this company and all workers involved the highest recommendation possible. Now we have plumbing that will last us the rest of our lives. It is such a relief. We are so thankful to Superior Plumbing.

If you've been given bad news about your pipes under your house and if you've been told your house would have to be torn up to repipe your home, GIVE SUPERIOR A CALL! They will probably have good news for you, like they did for us. They are pipe lining specialists and tackle tough jobs that other plumbing companies can't handle. THANK YOU SUPERIOR PLUMBING.
